In Back to the Soil I've sought to capture something true to the roots of American music. The freedom and the integrity of the singer songwriter, and the connection between the musicians in the studio. These songs have grown up with me and I'm so proud when I listen to this record and I hear the production that my wonderfully talented friends help breathe into them. For me, Back to the Soil is all about the raw sound and the homegrown way of life.

So many thanks to all my friends, family and supporters of the musical arts, I hope you enjoy listening to the album as much as I enjoyed recording it.
